Cassa Centrale Banca launches its first ELITE Lounge with 13 companies

This initiative reinforces the Group’s concrete support for local businesses by offering a structured pathway for growth, internationalisation and sustainability.

Trento, 16/09/2025 – Cassa Centrale Banca, parent company of the Cassa Centrale Cooperative Banking Group, announced the launch of its first ELITE Lounge – a programme designed to support a selected group of client businesses on a structured growth journey, with a particular focus on internationalisation, sustainability and strengthening their business model.

The programme is part of ELITE, an ecosystem launched by Borsa Italiana in 2012 and now part of the Euronext Group. ELITE aims to accelerate the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises by supporting access to private and public capital markets through a structured programme of training, mentoring and networking.

The initiative strengthens the Cassa Centrale Group’s institutional and operational presence in local communities, supporting businesses that reflect the vitality of the local production network. Through a high-level training programme developed in partnership with ELITE, it aims to consolidate robust, sustainability-oriented business models capable of competing on global markets.

The 13 companies, drawn from various regions, were selected in collaboration with the Group’s BCCs, Casse Rurali and Raiffaisenkassen. They operate in strategic sectors such as manufacturing, mechanical engineering, hospitality, food and services. Their overall aggregate turnover stands at around € 830 million, with a total workforce of over 5,500 employees.
