
Cassa Centrale Banca has obtained Gender Equality Certification, an important national recognition which confirms its commitment to issues and values related to diversity and inclusion.
The Certification recognises the path that Cassa Centrale Banca has been on over time to promote diversity in all its forms: through social inclusion projects, work-life balance initiatives, training courses, career development plans, and concrete measures to address the gender pay gap.
These issues are also of paramount importance in the development of our Group-wide strategy, which has focused decisively on achieving this result, in line with the Group's Code of Ethics and Diversity Policy.
The Certification Body
UNIPDR 125:2022 certification was issued by Bureau Veritas Italia. Founded in 1828, Bureau Veritas is a global leader in inspection, compliance verification and certification services.

It supports more than 28,000 customers in Italy in improving their performance through innovative solutions and services aimed at certifying that products, assets and processes meet mandatory and voluntary standards in the areas of quality, health and safety, environment and social responsibility.

Words create reality. Through language, which is above all a dynamic and constantly evolving social tool, we build relationships, identities and coexistence. In this sense, the use of inclusive language aims to make all people visible, avoiding the exclusion and discrimination of certain categories. The "Inclusive Language Manifesto" is part of the path that we as a Group have undertaken with regard to Diversity and Inclusion issues. It contains five simple rules that can be adopted on a daily basis to promote more inclusive work environments.

Zero Tolerance: against all forms of violence and discrimination
As part of our commitments as UNIPDR 125:2022 certified companies, it is essential for us to promote a corporate culture based on respect and collaboration, and we are committed to preventing and addressing any situation that could jeopardise the wellbeing of our employees. For this reason, we have promoted an awareness campaign within UNIPDR 125:2022 certified banks against all types of violence, harassment or discrimination in the workplace, reaffirming our commitment to ensuring an ethical, inclusive and safe working environment for all our people.
