Gender Equality Certification (UNI PdR 125:2022)

 

Cassa Centrale Banca has obtained the Gender Equality Certification, an important national recognition that confirms its commitment to issues and values related to diversity and inclusion. These themes are of absolute importance in shaping our Group strategy, which has decisively aimed at achieving this result.

This recognition is part of a journey that the Group embarked on some time ago regarding inclusion, starting with gender equality, with the goal of contributing to the cultural change we aspire to — also through the example of the Parent Company, Cassa Centrale Banca — and to fully enhancing all forms of diversity, in line with the Group’s Code of Ethics and Diversity Policy.

The Certification acknowledges the path that Cassa Centrale Banca has undertaken over time in the promotion of all types of diversity: through projects focused on social inclusion, work-life balance, training programs, career development plans, and concrete measures addressing the Gender Pay Gap.

The Certification Body

The UNIPDR 125:2022 Certification was issued by Bureau Veritas Italia. Founded in 1828, Bureau Veritas is a global leader in inspection, conformity assessment, and certification services.
