AIFIn Award – Channels Category
As part of the prestigious AIFIn "Financial Innovation – Italian Awards", “Customer Omnia”, the Group’s new CRM system has won first place in the Channels category.
The Customer Omnia project introduces a new CRM platform with the aim of maximising the commercial potential of the Affiliated Banks, strengthening customer relationship management. Thanks to a wealth of information enriched through the use of predictive models, an all-encompassing view of the customer has been developed, enabling managers to offer comprehensive advice across all business areas. This same data base fuels commercial campaigns, fostering synergies throughout the entire business chain, and also enables individual banks to launch their own campaigns tailored to their specific needs. The platform is also consistent with the phygital model, a distinctive feature of the positioning of the Group’s Cooperative Credit Banks, which places the branch at the centre of an ecosystem of supporting digital channels.
AIFIn Award – Communication Category
As part of the prestigious AIFIn "Financial Innovation – Italian Awards", “Branding at High Altitude” secured third place in the Communication category.
“High Altitude” is the institutional communication project through which the Group promotes its Brand positioning in the most important ski resorts across the Alps. Strategic investment in the area and the consolidation of relationships with ski lift and cable car companies over the years enable the best available positions to be chosen. The significant tourist flows in the most prestigious ski resorts on the Italian market guarantee millions of runs on the slopes, generating a positive impact on Brand Awareness and brand positioning.
2025 Banking Award
The Cassa Centrale Group's national campaign "Fondato sul bene comune" ("Based on the common good") won the "Best Marketing & Brand Positioning Campaign" award at the Forum Banca, organised by iKN Italy, which every year rewards the most innovative and impactful projects in the sector.
The Group was recognised for combining a national strategy with local roots in a brand awareness campaign that highlighted the role of Cooperative Credit Banks. "Fondato sul Bene Comune" involved 17 regions, generating over 400 million contacts across TV, radio, print and digital media. It was a synergic effort between in-house teams, agencies and local representatives, capable of authentically communicating cooperative values, strengthening brand awareness and building a distinctive narrative that could be replicated locally.
Citywire Italia Wealth Awards 2025
At the Citywire Milan Forum 2025, Cassa Centrale Banca and Assicura took first place in the category “Insurance platform of the year”, presenting the project “Bancassicura Check Up”, thus confirming their position as leaders in innovation in the Italian financial landscape.
Sustainability Leader 2025 Ranking
The Cassa Centrale Group again ranks in 2025 among the Italian companies most attentive and sensitive to ESG issues in the ranking prepared by "Il Sole 24 Ore" in collaboration with Statista.
On 21 May 2025 the list of the top 240 companies that stand out for their commitment to their employees, the environment and society was published, including also the Cassa Centrale Group.
AIFIn 2025 Award
In this edition, two projects were presented by the Cassa Centrale Group, earning second place:
- "Founded on the common good" - The national multi-channel communication campaign of the Cassa Centrale Group in the Communication category
- "Operations and innovation in Retail Banking: the role of the app in a phygital model" in the CX & Customer Services category, thanks to the Inbank app developed together with Allitude.
Ranking of the most climate-conscious Companies 2025
The Cassa Centrale Group, also for 2025, is in the ranking of the 175 Italian companies selected by Pianeta 2030 of "Il Corriere della Sera" in collaboration with Statista, which at national level stand out in the implementation of their strategies, paying particular attention to ESG issues.
This recognition underlines the Group's commitment to contributing to the transition towards a more sustainable, social and environmental economy in all the Communities and Territories which it represents.
BancaFinanza 2024 Award
The "BancaFinanza2024" award is promoted by Banca Finanza magazine in collaboration with Credit Data Research Italia. Cassa Centrale took first place in the "Solidity - Large Groups" category.
This result rewards the synergic work of all the Group Banks and the companies in the industrial scope, and testifies to the effectiveness of our cooperative model and the consistency of our strategies over time.
The ceremony, held in Turin in the presence of representatives of the banking and institutional sector, was also attended by Antonio Patuelli, President of ABI, who received a special award for his contribution to the Country's development. Receiving the award for Cassa Centrale were Livio Tomatis, Board Member, and Roberta Famà, Chief ESG and Institutional Relations Officer.

ESG Identity Certificate - ICI Company 2024
Cassa Centrale Banca has obtained the "ESG Identity - ICI Company 2024" certificate, qualifying as "Conscious ESG Identity". This recognition once again demonstrates the Group's commitment to integrating ESG factors into its corporate governance and strategy, as well as its ability to create value for the community and the Country-system.
AIFIn 2024 Award
The Cassa Centrale Group wins the AIFIn 2024 award for good practice in the social and environmental field.
The census of good practices in the social and environmental field has been promoted by Cassa Centrale since its establishment. A dedicated questionnaire maps the deserving initiatives activated by the affiliated banks and subsidiaries in the environmental and social field.
