Sustainability Governance represents the strategic architecture through which the Group ensures the achievement of ESG goals in a coherent, integrated and measurable manner.

This system enables effective coordination between the various Group Departments and Bodies, ensuring transparent communication and constant monitoring of ESG impacts, risks and opportunities.

The Parent Company's ESG Steering Committee implements sustainability strategies and objectives, ensuring the necessary synergies, fostering cross-functional collaboration and developing a common ESG culture.

ESG Steering Committees of Subsidiary Banks and Companies

The ESG Steering Committee of the Bank/Company assists the Executive Management with a proactive and advisory function on ESG issues relevant to the business.
The ESG Steering Committee's objective is to coordinate and monitor the Bank/Company's activities for the implementation of relevant ESG projects.
