How to disallow payment transactions at your Bank
Disallowing a payment transaction means disputing a particular transaction.
If you consider that a transaction has been carried out without your authorisation or has not been carried out according to the instructions you gave when placing the order, you may disallow it.
To submit a disallowance, you can always go to your branch or download, fill in, and send by post or e-mail the specific "Payment Transaction Disallowance Notification Form."
In the documents to download, you will find:
- the Guide to disallowing payment transactions with guidance and details on how to make a disallowance.
- the Payment transaction disallowance notification form to be submitted or sent to your Bank.
Upon receipt of your request, the Bank undertakes to carry out due diligence in a timely manner in order to proceed with any reimbursement.
Remember that you have 13 months from the debit date of the transaction to submit a disallowance request.
