Our aim is to promote the moral, cultural and economic improvement of our Members and the Local Areas in which we operate, helping to generate lasting prosperity to be passed on to future generations, as part of a sustainable path.

Our Code of Ethics is intended to inspire and regulate the conduct of the various addressees and sets out the values, principles, duties, rights and responsibilities of the Group, its Corporate Officers and Employees, and aims to set reference standards and rules of conduct.

Employees

The Group cares for its Employees, in the belief that creating a healthy working environment that is characterised by listening and dialogue is a fundamental requirement for responsible business management.

Cooperative Members

The Group's aim is to favour Cooperative Members in the Bank's operations and services, pursuing the improvement of their moral, cultural and economic conditions and promoting the development of cooperation, savings and welfare education, as well as social cohesion and the responsible and sustainable growth of the areas where the Group operates.

Customers

The Group bases its conduct towards Customers on the principles of transparency, fairness, reliability, responsibility and quality. Full customer satisfaction is the Group's goal.

Suppliers

The Group manages its relations with Suppliers by adopting conduct based on the principles of transparency, independence and competition.

Public Administration and Supervisory Authorities

In its relations with the Public Administration and the Supervisory Authorities, the Group is guided by substantial and formal compliance with the provisions in force, without compromising the Group's integrity and reputation in any way.

Communities

The Group's bond with the Communities in which it operates is total and permanent. The mutual system and a local focus, which are characteristics of Credito Cooperativo, ensure integration with the Communities in terms of ownership and operations, which represent the concrete interpretation of the Group’s social function.

Environment

Respect for and protection of the environment are fundamental elements of our strategy and mission. The Group is constantly striving to take all necessary measures to reduce the impact of our initiatives and to increase awareness of environmental issues.
