THE SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING HAS ALWAYS BEEN OUR MOMENT: IT IS THE DAY ON WHICH WE MEET, TO CONSIDER WHAT HAS BEEN DONE AND TO DECIDE ON OUR FUTURE.
TOGETHER, WITH EVERYONE TAKING PART.
THIS YEAR TOO WE WOULD LIKE IT TO BE SO: ALTHOUGH YOU CANNOT BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT, IT IS YOUR RIGHT TO TAKE PART IN OUR SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING BY FOLLOWING THE METHODS DESCRIBED BELOW.
HOW IT WORKS
In order to minimise the risk of infection connected to the current healthcare emergency, the Cassa Centrale Board of Directors decided to use the option envisaged by article 16, paragraph 4, of the Corporate By-Laws in force, in line with current emergency regulations.
The Shareholders’ meeting took place by video conference on Wednesday 16 June 2021.
