Gema Baguena new head of Allitude's ICT Department (Cassa Centrale Group)
Bringing with her an extensive and consolidated experience in the IT field with over 25 years of significant professional achievements, Gema Baguena joins Allitude to head up the ICT Department, reporting directly to CEO Manuele Margini.
Trento, 02.10.2023 – From today, the managerial line of Allitude – IT and back-office outsourcing company for the banking sector of the Cassa Centrale Group – is strengthened with the inclusion of Gema Baguena in the role of Head of the ICT Department.
The manager, who boasts more than twenty-five years of professional experience in the IT sector, after starting her professional career at Accenture, has held roles of increasing responsibility. First at AXA, and then at Unicredit, she led complex teams and acquired an extensive set of IT skills in the banking sector.
Her CV stands out not only for her professional background and field experience in the information technology sector, but also for her international experience having worked, not only in Italy, but also in Spain, France and the United States.
