The new Milan office is a modern and innovative space, designed to meet today's working needs with flexible spaces, shared areas and solutions that reflect the Group's identity and values.
The building
Located in the dynamic district of Porta Volta, a key landmark for the city, the new corporate space has been designed to combine aesthetics and functionality, thanks to environments designed for collaboration and employee well-being. Every detail, from the lighting to the shared areas, has been conceived to create a welcoming atmosphere, open to collaboration and comfortable, in line with the values of the Cassa Centrale Group.
A tailor-made project, with custom furnishings in the corporate colours, designed by Lombardini22 in collaboration with the Technical-Logistics Office, the Operations Department and the Brand Marketing and Communication team of the Parent Company.
With 2,800 square metres of floor space spread over two floors, the premises can accommodate over 100 people.
The fourth floor houses shared workstations and meeting rooms, while the fifth floor houses the Boardroom, the Offices of the Chairman and Senior Management, and the events room.
The office has been built to the highest sustainability standards, obtaining LEED Gold certification for energy efficiency and environmental compatibility.
