SREP 2026 Outcome: Cassa Centrale Group keeps capitalization well above prudential requirements

Price Sensitive

Trento, 27.10.2026 – Cassa Centrale Group (the “Group”) has received from the European Central Bank the decision establishing its prudential requirements following the 2026 Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (SREP).

The decision sets a Pillar 2 Requirement of 2.25% for 2027, confirming the requirement set in the former SREP cycle, of which at least 56.25% must consist of Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) capital and 75% of Tier 1 capital (Tier 1). The Overall Capital Requirement (OCR) to be met on a consolidated basis from 1st January 2027 will therefore be 9.09% as Common Equity Tier 1 ratio and 13.58% as Total capital ratio[1].

The capital of the Group remains of high quality, with a Total capital ratio composed almost entirely of CET1. As of 30 June 2026, the capital ratios are well above the minimum regulatory thresholds defined by the SREP Decision, respectively amounting to:

  • CET1 ratio: 27,94% (fully loaded)
  • Total capital ratio: 27,94% (fully loaded)
