Stefania Buratto becomes Chief Human Resources Officer of the new Human Resources Department of Cassa Centrale Banca
After a consolidated experience in the field of human resources management gained in the Unicredit Group, Stefania Buratto joins Cassa Centrale Banca, where she holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer. She assumes responsibility for the newly established Human Resources Department and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer Sandro Bolognesi.
Trento, 30.08.2023 – Starting 1st September Stefania Buratto will join Cassa Centrale Banca's top management as Chief Human Resources Officer, assuming responsibility for the new Human Resources Department and reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, Sandro Bolognesi.
During her over twenty-year career at Unicredit, the manager was able to study every aspect of human resources. After her early years of professional growth, in which the successes included her appointment in 2012 as HR Manager of the North West network and promotion in 2014 to HR Development Italy Manager, in 2016 the manager began to specialise in the strategic management of HR, leading up to her appointment in 2018 as Senior Manager.
Holding positions of intensifying responsibility and coordinating the conception and implementation of strategic projects at the head of increasingly structured teams of business partners and specialists, Stefania Buratto can count on all-round professionalism in the field of human resources, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the financial and banking sectors.
Her appointment confirms the Parent Company's desire to further strengthen the management team in order to implement the Group's Strategic Plan initiatives.
